Questions about SK-II Subscription orders

How do I combine items to be in the same order?

SK-II Subscription items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order. If you have more than one SK-II Subscription item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the "Subscription Management" section of your account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.

How do I join SK-II Subscription?

Joining SK-II Subscription is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To get started, simply select the Subscription option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal.

How do I make changes to my SK-II Subscription account information?

To review or modify your SK-II Subscription account information, visit the "Subscription Management" section located within your account.

To change your shipping address for an order, click the "Edit" link located directly below the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the drop-down menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all SK-II Subscription and future orders unless otherwise noted.

To change your billing address for an order, click the "Edit" link located directly below the current billing information. This will open a new page where you can add new payment information. This billing information will apply to all SK-II Subscription and future orders.

Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

How do I make changes to my SK-II Subscription order?

Once you've joined, SK-II Subscription is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription order by visiting the "Subscription Management" section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Skip a delivery:

To skip a recurring SK-II Subscription shipment, go to the "Subscription Management" section in your account and click the "Skip Order" button to the right of the upcoming order date. This will allow you to skip the entire order for that date.

Change shipment frequency:

To modify the delivery frequency for an SK-II Subscription item, go to the "Subscription Management" section in your account. The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item in a drop-down labeled "Every". Simply click the frequency drop-down next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency (e.g., change it from sending every 3 months to every 2 months). All upcoming orders will be modified accordingly for that item.

Send an order now:

To send an SK-II Subscription order immediately, go to the "Subscription Management" section in your account and click the "Send Now" button to the right of the upcoming order date.

Change shipment date:

To change the date of your next recurring SK-II Subscription shipment, go to the "Subscription Management" section in your account. Click the “Change date” button to the right of the upcoming order date. You’ll be prompted to select a new shipment date. Once you've selected the date and clicked the "Save shipment date" button, your entire order will ship on the new date and resume your preferred frequency cadence from there.

Remove an item from an upcoming order:

To remove an item from your SK-II Subscription order, go to the "Subscription Management" section in your account. Click the "Remove item" link to the right of the item you wish to delete. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action. The item will continue to ship on the next valid order date. The other items in the shipment will still be sent as scheduled.

Cancel a subscription:

To cancel an SK-II Subscription order, go to the "Subscription Management" section in your account. Click the "Cancel Subscription" link to the right of the item you wish to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the "Cancel Subscription" button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders for it will be shipped. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

You always have complete control over your SK-II Subscription orders and we send an email reminder 10 days before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting the "Subscription Management" section located within your Club SK-II account. Changes to orders can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel at any time.

Why is my credit card authorized for more than the purchase amount?

During the credit approval/confirmation process, your credit card is not charged for your order. The pending transaction that you see is actually a pre-authorization charge. The final charge, where we will take the funds from your credit card, will happen once the item has shipped. Returns & Exchanges FAQs

Only items purchased on SK-II.com (USA) with accompanying order information will be accepted for return or exchange.

If you have received a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with your purchased product. If both the purchased product and accompanying gift are not returned, your return will not be accepted.

Your purchased product must be returned in order to receive a refund in the amount of your full purchase price or exchange. If you return your purchased product in accordance with this policy, your full purchase price excluding any shipping costs associated with the original order will be refunded to your original form of payment. Return process can take up to 7-10 business days from the time you return is received at our warehouse. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

Limit one return per name, household, or address on opened product(s). SK-II monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at SK-II.com in all instances, in its sole discretion.

BACKORDER POLICY

Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock. If any item in your order is out of stock and we will be unable to ship it to you within 30 days, and again within 60 days of the date of your order, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund if you wish by following the directions specified in the notice. If the item remains out of stock for a period of 90 days from the date of your order, we will cancel the order for the item and you will receive a refund, unless you request that we keep the order open and fill it later. Shipping

Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the 50 states of the United States of America. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes however this takes longer time than our standard shipping. Please expect your package to arrive 15 business days after the order is confirmed.

Shipping charges are based upon the shipment option you select at Checkout. The following shipping options are available. Not all shipping methods are available in all geographic areas, see www.ups.com for details:

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Backorder Policy

Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock. If any item in your order is out of stock and we will be unable to ship it to you within 30 days, and again within 60 days of the date of your order, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund if you wish by following the directions specified in the notice. If the item remains out of stock for a period of 90 days from the date of your order, we will cancel the order for the item and you will receive a refund, unless you request that we keep the order open and fill it later. If you receive a cancellation notification and would like us to keep the order open, please contact us by following the directions specified in the Return Policy and Return Procedures.

Shipping Policy

Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the 50 states of the United States of America. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes however this takes longer time than our standard shipping. Please expect your package to arrive 15 business days after the order is confirmed.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return Policy; Return and Refunds Procedures

Return Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction so we will happily accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • To obtain a refund, the item must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you.   • We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the item was received by you in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.

Refunds Procedures

If you are entitled to a refund in connection with a return, the following conditions will apply:
